Grant applications must be emailed (to winonafoundation@gmail.com) or submitted via online form by March 1 of year funding is requested.

The Winona Foundation Board aim to communicate funding decisions by the end of May 2025.

The Winona Foundation is proud to be active in and around the beautiful "island" city of Winona since 1983, continuing the family legacy since 1855.
